I’ve been wiring my side projects into a small Grok Bot @bot team, with Cursor Cloud Agents on the code side. The bots keep an eye on reviews, TestFlight, and the little fix loops — then push the actual diffs over to Cloud Agents. I’ve also left SEO, ASO, and landing-page work on a separate track so the store and the site don’t go quiet between releases. If you’re juggling a few indie apps you actually want to keep polishing, this kind of agent loop is starting to feel more useful than another “I’ll come back to it later” list.

My first iPhone 3GS — this one’s an AirBuild merch special edition from @hwwaanng and @airbuild_hq. Unboxed it and immediately vibed a little game on the 3GS. Smooth, playable right away. No need to build on Mac. Really can’t wait to dig into AirBuild more. Too many surprises already — polishing an iOS app anytime, anywhere actually feels fun. A modern ‘Xcode’ on mobile.

Been working on an animation for our help center in #SwiftUI. This is what it looks like. I wanted something that could zoom in and out on the important bits, so people actually get what they’re supposed to do — not another static GIF with arrows. And if you change the language string, it just works in another language. You don’t have to remake a GIF for every locale, which saves a ridiculous amount of time. Once you’ve done one or two like this, you can basically throw it at Codex and ask it to make more scenes the same way.
